Site Make Over $500

Looking for a site(Design) Make Over, dont need any coding done ATM, but I will require someone experienced(Pro/Expert) in MySQL/PHP/CGI/JAVA/XML (For Other Work Required)

Willing to spend $500 Just on new site design, and will discuss payments for other work that is needed, Im not looking to outsource for different needs, I want one person who "knows it all"

Are you only looking for graphics now?

I can do ps/imageready, also asp/mysql but you seam to need php.

what exactly is the intensity of your coding needs like? I am experienced in every field but of course some lack more than others but if you could kindly give me more details I could tell you whether or not I'm capable of handling the job. Try explaining yourself in your posts better and you wont get a response you dont want. Dont ever yell at someone for offering their services or you come off as an ass.
