$30 Need a bit of help with Godaddy website. $30

Hi, I am trying to help someone with there godaddy website. This will be very easy work for a web designer. Should not take more than a hour to do I would think. He is only willing to pay $30 But again this should be a piece of cake. A few images and lay down some text.
