site needs sprucing up a bit

ok i run rate-my-body.info i was going to get someone in to do the site up but tis gonna cost a lot of money which i dont have at the minute, so what im wanting is somone who can give the site a bit of something to make it look better and perhaps change the layout a little bit,
i cant really pay at the moment however i can give 1200np$ and more than likely in a few weeks when i get some more money behind me if its an alright job and communicatio is alright then i will probably go back t the same person to do it properly

Who was that directed towards. Isn't 1 np equal to one penny? what is 1200 times one cent. 1200 cents or 12 dollars.

What I meant was when he gets a price in US dollars to please post what he thinks it will be worth doing for. Not NP$ unless someone wants some NP$, thats all.
