Hey Memebers off NamePros. Well let me get you more into my company and what I need done.

*BLackLight is a new company for Web Design, Web Programming, and Videos. We will be doing everything from 3D, Flash Anim to Coding Games to Making Trailers/Teasers. Those are some of the things that we will be doing!


*Needs to be done

- Splash
- Web Layout
- Logo
- Web Programming
* - IPB Skin(Not a Must but a Plus)

-* Web Layout - The Web Layout must be in Dark Colors meaning from Black to Dark Red to Dark Blue.

*Coding Needs

- CMS(Able to edit all the pages INSTANT and not giving no errors)
- Login System

-* CMS Addon's I want

- Download File Upload
Meaning it will have to upload a file and make a link on the Download Page
- Stats System
On all the Files that I upload will have a System that will count how much it was downloaded.
- Add User System
Able to Add User in CMS with it's own Username and Password

*Payment Options

- Via Paypal
Payment are made when the first preview is approved by me. You will earn 15% when I see the first Preview.

hey. You say you do web design, and web programming, so how come you are asking here for help? Surely you can do this by yourself? This is the reason I don't run that many (if any) competitions, and I never run any for my web design site. That is supposed to be your work. Something that your clients can see and gauge how good you are by it! Hey, for $900, I am not gonna argue! Will have a go in a few days. I am an experienced programmer and I think I am quite good at layouts, but my computer is mashed, and I am running off a linux live cd, so I have to get my computer fixed.

Also, can I ask a few questions:
1. You say you want a login system. How will this work? Will all the pages be dynamic? Or will you make them? If you make them do you want the session code to be in an eternal file so you can just include() it into each page you want for members only?
2. Do you want a layout for each page, or just a generic layout that you can use for all the pages?
3. CMS - You say you want to be able to change any page at any time. Are you talking about the content, or the actual design? IE: where things are placed?

Well Tom you do need to understand that this is a new Company and it's still being made. We are hiring Staff Memebers are Web Programmers. We will make a V2 of BlackLight Web Site once everything goes well.

Well Tom. I would like 7pages for all the links. I just want the CMS to just change the Contact not the Design. The Login System will make the user Register/Login to be able to Download Files, Apply for things and etc.

Thanks for the info. Can I get this straight though. I thought you wanted people to show you their previews, and then you would choose it or not (kinda like a competition). Am I right, or are you just going to choose someone and then set them on the job?
