450.00$ professional design and VB Contest

This contest is for the following :

- Design and installation of a custom vb template for the forum located at :
britney-spears.com/britney-spears-forum/index.php

- Custom Design, coding and SEO of a home page for the domain name : britney-spears.com

The home page design will need to look something like this :
- Top regular or oversized header
- discrete horizontal menu under header
- left menu for adding affiliate links and various internal links
- right menu for adding other stuff (optional)

- must take into strong consideration SEO efficiency with coding and structure.
- strong graphics and eyecandy
- must be built with adsense optimum efficiency in mind (3 well positioned banners...i am flexible on size and positioning as long as they can produce results)
- installation of various editable galleries : pics, wallpapers, etc... (i already have the pics and wallpapers, just need to integrate them to site)
- various sized banners for a ''link to us section''
- automatic link exchange system (optional)

The forum will need this :

- custom, complete and unique design
- strong graphics and eyecandy
- optimum adsense efficiency
- live chat, points system and bank similar to NP's (for banner sales and various forum upgrades...ie : name glow and stuff)
- user friendly for optimum user experience
- must be automated as much as possible for less continous workload

This contest will be in 2 parts :

1st : anyone with the full knowledge and experience for such a project can enter, and submit a demo and a description of what they can or cannot do as well as what their experience is in this field (please subit most of the information you can by posts in this thread, as PM's will get more easily mixed up and lost with my other pm's)...

2nd : out of the entries received, 3 people will be chosen to move to the 2nd and final round, this is where, these contestants will need to build their 'fully operational' project for my analysis including a live VB forum, if these people do not have access to a vb licence, one can be provided. the finalist will earn 450$ by paypal (or other prefered payment option) once the site is complete operational and bug free and once some additional tweaks and affiliate integrations are made with my assistance (allposters, amazon, etc..)... 2nd and 3rd place finishers will get 75$ and 50$ respectively...as consolation prize if they agree to cede rights to their work in case i might eventually need it for another project...(2nd and 3rd prize will not be given if no serious attempt is made to compete in the 2nd round)

I realise this is a tuff project considering there is alot of various skills involved (some of which im not too qualified myself ie: artwork), if you are not qualified for this, please do not enter in this contest, i do not want anyone to waste their time on a contract they cannot fullfill...you can combine your skills with a partner if you want, but i will only be in contact with the 'spokesperson' of the association, and make payment to that person alone (you take care of whatever internal deal/partnership splits you have made)...

Edits :

- There is no shorterm deadline for this contest for now, one will be set once things/people get in motion...this project must be completed as fast as possible during august, but i will not rush into things just to get it done quicker, so realistic deadlines will be established as we go.

- Some additional contracts may be offered to the finalist(s) upon completion of this project.

Thanks for your interest, however, i cant accept uncoded designs...proposed offers must be able to meet all requirments...if you meet the other requirements, and would like to enter the contest, as specified, you can always get a partner for the coding part...

I am pretty knowledgable in SEO and can tell you that for a site like that, it takes a whole of about an hour or 2 to make (only a few pages)...please post only if you are willing to accept my 'reasonable' offer with its requirments, this is not an appraisal thread, mod please delete...

well, i would really want to have everything designed by the same person(s), but feel free to submit a homepage design if u have some time on ur hands...u never know...i cant give any guarantee that i will accept it, but u have nothing to lose by showing ur skills...

I have gotten various offers to do different parts of this contest, but none were able to do the complete thing, therefore, i will be closing this offer as of now, and will be opening seperate design contests for the individual things i need done shortly...
