I have jokeXXX.com which is suitable to be developed into a dirty/adult jokes site - check overture to see the potential.

The partner will handle ALL aspects of hosting and development. I will point the domain name at your nameservers.

Only thing I want is to place my banners on the top and right flank of the pages. The partner gets the bottom and left flank, and place your google's adsense.
