Unique, creative, clean web hosting design for sale & my services

Hi everyone,
I am selling the following web hosting template:

Title
It is fully coded and you receive the coded version and the original PSD. You get full rights to it, therefor you can resell it, use it, etc. I've had an offer of $110 USD but he told me to wait 1-2 weeks, so I'm willing to accept anything around that price.

I am also offering my services. I can do the following:
- PSD to XHTML and CSS coding - from $35 USD for the first page
- WHMCS integration - from $15 USD
- ClientExec integration - from $10 USD

Please take note that I do not design, I only code. Also, please take note that above are the starting prices, and the prices may very depending on the complexity of the layout, etc.
