I need a high res JPG turned into HTML!

I have a high res jpeg of a layout, which I need converted into HTML.

Anyone able to help? Will pay in NP$

I have this image, and I need it converted (or the top half) to HTML so I can build a very simple site.

Hi I can able to convert your image in Html..along with CSS and HTML validation..and I would also able to reduce the size of image without loosing the quality..so page will load quickly...Pm..Me..with..ur budget..if u r intrested...
