quality multi purpose layout!
hello,

I'm selling this layout.

Short story...
Someone (don't gonna mention a name now) asked me to design a layout for him.. I said, ok but I want 50% upfront.. he said, I don't have any cash right now... But he would pay me after his site is online and was generating cash..

So I said, ok, only for this time.. Now after I sent his layout he appeared offline and I asked him several times to send me my money.. Without any response

I contacted the host where the site is hosted to ask if they would take his site down etc...

So I'm now selling the layout again.
