Okay first off this site does not view properly in firefox and I am trying to get that to work still. What do you guys think of the main page? Are my meta tags okay? Please review www.thecomputershack.net

I agree, Far too much orange.
The font is a bit too big.

okay so the font is a bit big. I know there is a lot of orange but it is for the main page only. I am going to make the other pages more white and less orange. Is it okay for a one time only main site?

i agree that fonts are little too big. Also you should add some padding to boxes so the text doesn't run all the way to the edge.

1. Nice domain
2. Clean Layout
3. Is it for sale?

Cons
1. Orange doesnt blend that much
2. Images are just sticking out and bland.
3. To big of font

I got this template off of someone on here for $15. I can give you his name if you want. I think the orange looks good honestly. Another thing can anyone look at the coding and tell me why some of the images near the bottom aren't lining up right. I can't seem to fix it. I have edited the size and tried the tables but I can't get it. If someone could help that would be awesome. Oh yeah, and I added padding (15px).

Well what can I do instead of the orange then. Any suggestions how I can edit the color scheme? Do you have any idea bout what I can do with the sizing of the tables?

well you can see for yourself that the gray looks good with orange so you ought to utilise that colour more, possibly leaving orange for the header and buttons

you paid $15? well i have to admit its not a bad price
i wouldnt pay for it though

Is there anyone who can help me with the coloring. I will pay NP$ to get this orange and gray mixed and to get another layout made. I need a page for the regular text.

Hiya,

I think orange and grey go incredibly well together, though I think the *content area* would look better if it was a light grey, as the orange is slightly blinding.

I would say the part above the navigation is lovely; nice logo and the orange blends with the grey superbly. I am not toooooo keen on the fonts used

Okay 7.5 isn't bad for a first run through. Now what types of gray should I use and what type of text are you suggesting?

Well, it's mainly the heading font I didn't like, the "tip of the week", "updates" etc. I think a more simple font would be nice; even arial is nice when not capitalised.

If you did change the font, I would recommend making the body text slightly smaller. Verdana BOLD is sometimes nice.

And as far as colour goes, I think something very light like #E3E3E3 would go nicely, perhaps you could use the orange to border it or something.

I think the main point is, while orange is nice, a lot of people find it oppressive and when they're trying to read it helps if the colours are more neutral.

i like it, its cool I like the orange and text is kind of big but it doesnt really bother me. it could be better but for 15 dollars it cool

Well I am still working on it. I am going to work on the header text and stuff but I have to get my hands on the psd again.

Okay now I just updated to verdana bold...still look okay, better or worse?
