Hey everyone. What do you think of this layout?
I still need to do some work on it but this is the general layout.

1- You should use a DOCTYPE in your document (search google for "doctype" if you don't know what i mean)
2- Your site on 800x600 resolution (which i use) is horrible. It's too big for the screen. I suggest that you support 800x600 resolution and higher (in case you don't want to lose many visitors for that)
3- Use high quality pictures like the logo and unlike the entrace page pic.
4- I suggest changing the black background color. It doesn't fit the site's contents in my opinion.
5- Use the default cursor.

That's all i noticed for now. Good luck

Personally, with the tons of nice fonts out there, the last thing I would choose is a proportional font like courier. Your style sheet specifies sizes, but no actual font face/family. You can spruce it up quickly by simply changing to a new font (I like Veranda).

And of course, don't forget to add a link to http://dx.qsl.net

The cursor isn't looking cool. The background is very dark too.

I think the cursor is appropiate for a photography site.

I agree with what's said above .. but it's a little too dark for me.

That's a good start. You've got the basics down, you just have to refine it now.

The page is a little dark, especially for a photographer. Maybe change the background color of the bars on the left and right. Or add some colour from some of your photos.

The text is bad. Try to use a sans-serif text like arial or verdana. Derif (times, courier) just doesn't look good.

The cursor is also kind of annoying.

The main logo on the start page is very low quality. I'm not sure if that is your intent, but it looks poor. I would use one of your photos for the start page logo. The photos are really colourful and vibrant. It would add a lot.

Good luck.
