Hey , from the first look it looks good ,
but still some minor things that I think , are not necesary
for instance this : http://www.dnworld.net/style_images/...lack/nav_m.gif
take them away.
I like you're banner , but it's just a big black thing.
with a little gradient.
So add some pattersn , details.
On every forum/categorie header , above the black is some white which fades , i don't like that.

Well my conclusion is that i don't really like black skins.
