Feedback on logos....please

What do you think of these logos for my upcomming website? Which do you like best? What would you do different? This is for a motocross site focusing on up and coming stars and competitors. Thanks for your input.
Nikki

Not bad. The text looks like it is floating though. Make the text look like it is a part of each logo.

Thanks for the feedback. I will try that out. I am new at designing. I basically am self taught so any and all feed back is appreciated.
Thanks again,
Nikki

So basically, I would need to take the "bubble-glow float" effect thingy off and just use the font, with maybe say a drop shadow or something like that?
Thanks again for all feedback.

If i were to pick one from the 3 logos above I would pick number 1. That's the best looking of them all in my opinion.

However, all 3 need more work - more improvement. For example, they are all low quality from what I see now. You should check the diether option in Photoshop

Regards,

- Studio

Thanks I will check out that option. I am new to photoshop and am just teaching myself. I used fireworks mx to do these, then I may have done something more to them in psp or adobe, can't quite remember. I saved them as higher quality jpeg's....how do I make them any more higher quality? Thanks for the reply.

This is the design software I have:
adobe photoshop
fireworks mx
flash mx
jasc psp
adobe illustrator

I have a little difficulty with adobe...it is the most complicated for me and the tutorials are harder for me to follow and the 1000+ page e-book is just horrid to go through. Jasc psp is just easier for me to figure out on my own so I use it more than adobe. Fireworks is great, the tutorials are hands on and it just walks you through each step, so I really like working with it.
I hear raves about adobe being the best all the time and hopefully I will eventually learn more about it and how to utilize all the tools options, etc...
I wish there was an easier way to learn it though...*sigh*...but some of the best things were difficult to master!

Thanks for all the input,

I don't think that your logos are looking very professionel, but I'd choose the first one if I were you. It really dig the color. As a suggestion: try to add some motion blur....
