What are your thoughts on this design?

To be completly honest, its kinda boring to me..perhapd a new banner would be better.. the bottom half looks great.

Hey,

It's not boring at all. I think that the site's main objective is to present information and it does it really well

. Looks good & simple. Easy on the eyes ( the most important thing ). Easy to navigate and use.

Overall it's a good site with a nice feel to it. I would suggest improving your background.

Nice, but it looks like all the text are forced to fit in the small layout.

Well, it looks just fine for me. Its very nice, though try to add some styles to font. Different colors, so on...
