guys...i need opinion on templates!!!

I am starting my own template selling company!
wanted to get feedback on a template...what do you guys think of it

the top is FLASH ANIMATED!

Nice job jane,

Did you intend to make the design liquid so that it resizes with the browser? I find this really distorts the quality of the image, I rarely browse with IE maximized. I'd recommend only scrolling around the flash and keeping images/flash static if you didn't already intend to do so.

Moving logo images is a big annoyance for, but other than that I like it.

This is default for flash. I am sure she will change it as she gets the rest done.

nice design, however I do have criticism.
Did you design it with creating constant revenue and traffic in mind or merely for its looks?
Of course you can buy those traffic packages, do Google Adwords and what not on your domain to increase the traffic, however the most cost efficient way to accomplish that is through SEO. SEO, short for Search Engine Optimization, values text more than graphic. I presume you know that Search engines cannot read images, they do not know whether there's a pc case on there or a picture of a celebrity. In order to help them "visualize" the picture, you have to use image ALT tags. Anywayz, I think you can figure out the rest yourself. If you need/want more information, I suggest you visit www.webmasterworld.com and www.searchenginewatch.com (The membership at SEW is seriously worth it)

i think it was a template. Templates are usually all images in Template monster therefore it should be fine that this one is also. You never just add the words in a template unless you are making an example html version. I think it is good and of course should have crticism but i seriously dont think this one is valid.
