Please comment on the design and content(should I add any downloads) ?

I think the design is ok, just put some images on that page. Or maybe a logo or something. About the downloads, it would be nice if you have them, but it's really hard to keep up with updates. Anyway, if that's what you're planning to do, then go for it.

I like it really, the simple design works wonders. You can get some sites that are REALLY OTT. With all the flash headers and banners etc, and you think... why?

Nice website, I see the google ads are nicely inserted too! -- They look nice there too

Somewhat simple,But i like the services,I would consider adding some rich text,Maybe a fine logo,Adsense.Kinda jazz it up a little,Bring a little excitment to it IMO

I find its too simple.
Even though it was a clean look.
You need to add boxes for the header or something.
There's not enough stuff.

I think the icons or thumbnails need to fade into the background color. It will look more like..natural. Also, the banner on the left...I thinks it's unnecessary. Anyway, the icons or thumbnails nedd to be polished.
