Designs is simple but looks good, I like it. Loads fast, and is very easy to navigate. And the ads are fine, they dont get in the way.

Maybe you could think about having a search function, to make it even easy to find what you want.

The banner is nice, but the people in it are a little to hidden and they shouldt be bleded that much..
