Hi

Well I cannot read the content as I only speak English but what I can say that stood out more than anything was the images you have used. The resolution of the photos look decayed and somewhat poor quality.

Images speak louder than words in many cases. Higher quality images would be a good start here.

it looks to me like the images have been coverted to CMYK instead of RGB if thats the case you need to change the mode

I'm a bit ambivalent about the "furry" words in your topbar. The idea is nice but it doesn't really work for me. Maybe just plain glossy letters would work better?
