i'd add a splash graphic/flash animation in the top section. and then move into copy to explain what your design firm does in the lower portion of the page...

The graphic is cool.

But... the links and valuable informations are bellow of the page, so the user has to scroll down for it.
I would let first page as it is, and for the others I would set the ws.gif as background and put the link here.
