Critique my site please

Hambase.com
Would like to add that there isn't much content, this site is only for chat and forums. I'm open for content ideas though, as long as they relate to chat and forums or amateur radio. Thanks!

Looks like something build with Frontpage or something similar.

Bad choice of colors, bad use of text

why does that image has such a big border ? doesnt look good at all.

A 5px padding in your left column would be good.

Bold blue text ? i dont think so.

You have quite some free space in your header.. use it wisely. Work a little on it it looks so poor now.

Also i cant read good the text under your logo... " Your online .... ???? "

Poor design => Poor coding.

You should redo the coding and make the layout look a little nicer, and more professional. It's almost looking like a...*gulp*...a...a...Geocities site!!!

simplicity will do you good on this one, imo....

for now, why don't you jsut have the forum as the home page and place your info page as a link on the forum if someone wants more info about your radio news?

thats a pretty good idea your site will be way more beeter as long as you get a nice forum skin

Never heard that before but yeah the green is quite intense. The whole matrix theme is not my fav but thats what he wanted *shrug*
