Navigation is too difficult. You also have a white link on a white background that doesn't show up until you hover over it. (Which I did by accident).

I would add some text by the circles in the menu. It's not very user-friendly to make everyone hover the mouse over a circle, then look to the left to find out what it does, then move the mouse again, then look to the left again... you get the idea.

I agree about the navigation. You sould work on improving the quality of your graphics.
