Needs more work, images are not working all the time as they should. Don't really like the design.

AND, don't ever put "under construction"

I don't know where to start.

No offense , but it's a whole mess there. There are many special characters that couldn't be displayed and were replaced by question mark. Example :

Seems like you're using some kind of invisible character instead of HTML nbsp; (which represents the space character). In fact , you don't need spaces at all to center your navigation bar. Just enclose the nav bar with <center></center> for now.

I suggest you check some simple yet professional websites and try to learn from them. I aslo recommend learning xHTML and CSS and using them for designing your website(s). Even if you don't use CSS for your layout , it's still a time saver. (you'll understand what i mean when you learn it)

I'd get rid of the current design and try to make a better one.And don't worry about not making a good layout from the first try. We've all been through that.

Definatly recomend a different background,Loads a little slow,Could just be the servers at this time though.

I would look at some of the portfolio sites on this site: http://www.2advanced.com

THis will give you an idea of what clean website design looks like. These guys are the best so don't expect to design something like them but you can get an overall feel of the right techniques to use in your website.

If your going to use buttons for navigation I would suggest either gifs for transparency or use a solid color background and then fill in the excess background of your button image.

The way you have it now you see the button and then all the extra white space around the button, doesn't look good.
