no colour combination. use other/best colour in your site.

Very bad choise of colors!
The green color wasnt very nice.

Fix the colors, fix the menu, fix the styles u use for everything, fix the fonts, fix the header. That'll do it.

Remove the bevel and emboss effect this is an old style effect from 1997 makes your website look old.
