I think you should make the logo text white to help make it stand out better, i like the grid like apperence

Needs some workout because right now it is too plain.. The left bar is also not looking good. Color combinition is also very ordinary.

The reason why the colour combination is bad is because of the Aqua colour in the left menu and the header it's too intense.

A change of colour would be very good, Its, not nice at the minute, awua is not a good colour and very hard to pull off on the best of sites.
