erm... its not that good really

some tips:

- change the font to arial/tahoma
- change the color scheme
- use more graphics, but layout graphics
- REMOVE the dancing banana

That cyan color just overwhelms the eyes,It's not a bad layout,A color scheme change would probably do it much justice IMO

I don't like the colors being used.. the background color should be changed, the text color should be changed (to a color that will look good with the rest of the site).

Any colors which go together, just not so many, perhaps stick to like 3 or white and 2 other colors.

You need a color 'scheme' - colors that go together and don't overpower each other.

An easy color scheme to go with is Monochrome, which is using a variety of shades of only ONE color. For example if you want a purple site then use light purple, medium purple and dark purple.

At the moment it looks like you have, blue, purple, green and yellow. These colors don't have any relation to each other, because blue and green is associated with 'cold' and yellow is associated with 'warm', and purple is in between. In other words they don't go together.

You also have way too many links on the page, everything is so overwhelming.

I'm sorry to keep putting you down, but you seem to have coded it in a VERY peculiar way. You should:
- use CSS (really... makes it easier to edit)
- Tab lines: (makes it easier to read)

- make it easy for you to re-edit, or change later on

i think you need to start again mate, sorry! Try using PhotoShop - its so much easier that way. *put sorry smiley here*

That way your ad will change each time someone visits your page
