I feel you you should add a bar going along the top underneath the links you got to help it be distingushable form your content, also consider adding a logo to the top left, doesnt have to be fancy just some nice clear text, try a typeface like Myriad.

Looks fine. I'd make the font a size or two larger.

yeah I agree with gemini on the bar under the links...possibly 'bold' them to differenciate them from the main text??

Not over keen on the blue text but looking good! Keep us posted!!
