Website Review Please

I just want to see what everyone thinks of my latest website:
Is the color theme too red?
Did it take too long to load the flash movie and flash site?
Is there a lack of information?
etc..

I had complaints saying that the pictures on the flashsite are too small, but I can't really do much about it, and I don't really plan to. If I made them any bigger, it would take the flashsite forever to load, and in some cases, it may not load at all.

Here's the url:
Let me know what you think.

http://www.geocities.com/montrealchanliondanceclub/

if the bandwidth on that site happens to be gone, then go to:

http://www.freewebs.com/montrealchanliondanceclub/

P.S. Please disregard my choice of webhost. This website is still under development, and I'm not even sure if I'm gonna keep the website. I may use the layout for something else.
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-design-reviews/76788-website-review-please.html

Thanks.

My concern is that you will lose viewers during both preloaders as they take awhile to load. I have high speed internet and both preloaders took over a minute to load. You should reduce your preloader down to one only.

Very nice flash work. Your pictures can be better as most of them are not clear.

Good choice of colours. I would do more work with the "JC Entertainment Productions" logo. I would get rid of the black outline as it is too pixelish.

Having flash on every page is not a good idea. Even if you do get it to load faster having it on all your pages will lose peoples interest because of the wait. You have a link that says skip flash intro and you go to the next page that has flash once again. It gets boring after a while when you don't see anything. Put a flash intro on your index and have the other pages without flash is my suggestion.

Try accessing the website through this url only and see if it works.

http://www.freewebs.com/montrealchan...club/index.htm

It works on my computer and my friends' computers... perhaps when you visited the site, the bandwidth from where my flashwork is uploaded was used up. My flash stuff is on another server which is why it didn't load that time...

Still can't see the flash... and I get a security warning in IE! Try hosting on a real webhosting provider, maybe that would help

way overboard with the fals, i have a 10mb cable connection and that took a little too long, also if you do use flash as the main intro page, cinsider using video footage of the dances instead of just static pictures cause most of them went by too fast for me to see what they were. also add some contrast to the site, i know its all about the lion dance but far too much red, aslo background gradients only work in IE, as far as i know.
