The site doesn't really attract my eyes. The colors are too dull and so forth. Is the content area supposed to be an iframe? If it is, balance the left and right margins correctly. The right menu with the picture has a black background which doesn't match with the one on the left.

Need more colors and a proper left menu. Text links wont work very well

It's just a white BG and some text.. needs alot of work..

Have to agree with the others, not much their very bland the logo's totally out of place theme wise, youve sort of got that tradtional look and all by using the times new roman font, that would have been ok for a photography related site, but the logo just looks weird their like that, try and keep it in theme with the rest of the site.

I would say you need a real designer to inject some visual stimulus into this. Content wise and navigationally it works, it just needs some direction visually.
