Launched RhodyJobs a month ago and would love reviews.

Maybe you should add some images which will help the visitors to think the site is about recruitment.

Your design is nice and clean, a sleek look for a job listings site. The concept of jobs and job postings is obvious through first glance.

I also like your logo, though it seems a bit based on the winter season, is that a season rotating logo or just a temp for the winter seasons? Would be kinda of cool if it changed with each season.

Structure is nice, no obvious grammar errors or anything. The site is simple to navigate as well.

It seems a tad redundant to have the categories across the top as well as on the right, but that's my opinion. I think you've done a nice job with the site. Job search boards are always helpful, especially in today's economy when it's difficult to find work.

We change the logo and color scheme based on seasons in Rhode Island. We also had a thanksgiving and christmas theme.
