logo design, what do you think?

What do you think when you see this logo.

If you know what i will use it for, please don't write it here. I designed it and would like to know what people think when they see it . i will let you know after 10 has replied. All i can say that it's non domain... well i will have it on a website but i assume that most think it's domain related so...

I think I would make the label a litte bigger and within the name "l" smaller.Just my opinion.

+1, maybe add some 3d background, or drop a shadow to the amblem and name, that would be cool.
