not bad...

personally, i don't mind the blue..if anything you might want to use a lighter value of blue in the cells that describe the content of the forum. the black text would read better on them. the green color for the links works alright too...it contrasts well with the background.

The colors are ok, but you gotta do something about the header.

The F1 car at the top is just kinda floating, just not please to the eye
