Is it completely ready? The impression that it is still under construstion and not all elements are active.

It's fairly good in terms of simplicity. However this kind of begs the question - "is it too simple?"

Perhaps you should work on a proper logo to spice up the design a bit. The logo itself isn't bad, however I feel like it should be a bit bigger.
