A few tips...
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-design-reviews/72937-feedback-needed.html

I have just read the first paragraph and I am already turning my nose up. You have misplaced punctuation and you keep using possesive speech. Just read through this:

TRY SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

Now, I am no expert... but I do know a few things...
--> Don't use "my" it makes it too geared towards you... you want to use "us" and "we". That way you make it feel more like a community and not like your personal site. People are more likely to submit their reports if they feel like part of the website.
--> Sort out your punctuation: "Hello .My name is PoorDoggie" is wrong and people do, and will pick up on it.
--> Make it more informal. People who like football don't really like fomal sites. You have made a good shot at it here, but using elipsiss (... as in "So...") and other such tricks will make the site less formal.

Apart from little things like that, the site is ok. The pictures are good and it looks respectable and like something a supporter would like to visit. It looks very friendly as well!

nice rollover links!

You still have grammar problems, you always seem to put a space before the full stop or question mark when it should be after it.

EG: You type: "Hello .What is your name ?"
Should Be: "Hello. What is your name?"

You may want to go through and correct these mistakes

Boring colors may be u can substitute it with light green or light blue color. Gray is not looking very good

Clean cut, and professional looking, yet as Sufi said.. it could use a bit "livening up".
