Site is functional but not 100 percent complete yet but feedback would be very helpful.

also if anyone can veiw the source and see if my meta tags are correct that would be a huge help as I am having problems with this site on google

i would try to lose the entry page and load meter.
smart flash design finds a way around this.

speaking of flash.
i really dont see why this site has to be built completely in flash.
have you thought about making it more 'accessible' and creating an html site with some flash components where needed.

the .us domain is a negative in my book.

I like it but use less flash. Think about the users that will be coming to the site especially the ones on dial up.

well, i like it, caught my attention very quickly with the flash. i wouldnt totally edit it out of there, maybe on the entry page, ask what speed the user is running on, or if they prefer flash or html. also, for your meta tags and such, this is a great little tool that catches me making booboo's all the time, but it is not 100% correct. what i mean is, depending on how you have your site set up, if this tool told you something is wrong, you may need it for your site neccessity, but it is great for metatags though.
