Great name - love it!

Personally would go for a lighter theme (like the lite) on the page but personal preference!

Maybe put your social media info in the header with a link to your twitter or something?

Does not look like a serious news site.Looks like 80s disco club.
I doubt if anyone would read news from such a site.Please change the design.

It's not exactly a serious news site. Maybe 25% of the whole site is actual news, the rest is popular links and videos and such.

Header is not emphasized well because of the background. Is this a one page site for news links only?

It's a single page site that shows you top world and local news along with a ton of information and popular links; not necessarily just links, as articles can be read from within the site. Similar to popurls, except it's more expansive and localized.

Design has been almost completely reworked and the site is 70% faster.

Great website, really like the theme, not boring, also catch eyes without hurting it.
I rarely do review but your site pop my eyes.

Yhe only thing is domain name, would like better a brandable one 5L, 4L or 6L

Thanks. I think I've exhausted my abilities to speed up the site outside of putting it on a dedicated server (I've done gzipping, crons, rearranging script files, etc.).

Do you guys have any feature ideas?
