PixaBlue Design Solutions New Layout -- Rate Please!

Hello

I just now designed a new layout for my website PixaBlue Design Solutions.

I would like a fair rating out of 10, and possibly a comment on what would make it better.

example:
8/10, make the header smaller

something like that, lol.

nice, only one thing id change though,
the very bottom image, the blue gradient bar... id make it a bit smaller

everythin els is fine!
nice layout.

6/10, Add some images to break up all that text. The black on blue text under the client login doesn't work well. Other than that it's not bad.

I was told by someone else that the logo would look better like this:

i like the logo with color. make header/logo smaller

9/10 the only thing i don't like is how the buttons are so spaced apart and where they are located IMO i think they should be in the header.
