![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Please Review my forum I'm in the process of developing my website and have I've built a forum for my money making website that will cover money making strategies from investments, real estate, web ventures, etc I *hate* forums that scroll down endlessly because it has a lot of categories and so i've used SMF and made child categories within main categories... Would you please buzz me and let me know if my structure is to confusing, http://smf.waystomakemoney.org/ Oh, and what do you think of the theme? I might switch to a more basic theme without a colored background Thanx for any input you may give! |

![]() | The font is rather small in FFox, perhaps make it 12px or don't specify any size. The layout/navigation is pretty good IMO, but the colours could be a bit less saturated. The image in the heading bars is a bit distracting too, I think you should use something smoother and easier on the eyes. Good work Rowan |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You've got some horizontal scrolling issues that you should really fix. My workstation PC is set to 1024x768 resolution and I am forced to scroll horizontally to see the entire page, so imagine how this would be for the many 800x600 resoluton users out there. Best to make any forum template around 730 pixels wide, IMO. It's always a good idea to design for the lowest common denominator, IMO. AmCy

When testing a website, I always switch to my laptop which is permanently set to 800x600 resolution (I use a KVM box with my computers.) This way, I can be sure that the vast majority of user out there won't have trouble viewing my pages. You may want to temporarily switch your computer's resolution to 800x600 when you are in the final stages of testing your websites. AmCy

Maybe you can put some smiling face(s) in your logo to warm it up. People always resopnd well to smiling faces. IMO AmCy
