New designer with new site. Feedback suggestions?

Okay I been doing a bunch of newbie sites for friends and what not I was using geocities and angelfire for the page builder. I finally stepped my web-design game up using all raw code. So any feedback and suggestions would be apreciated. Thanks. Site

There isnt much there to comment on, however nice gfx and i woud sugest making margins set to 0.

Yeah I know its not much which is kind of the reason I posted it here. I don't want to load it with images that just looks tacky but I don't know what else to do with it. Or do you guys think that the simpler the better and to leave it alone?

Also like stated I'm a new designer and I was wondering if there was a way to make a string of text editable in notepad instead of having to change the whole document everytime I update.

Such as...
I have an update section on a page. Can I make a script or something so that if I edit a text document it will change the text in the updates? Thanks.

I like the desing there so far, yeah as said before theres not much to comments on, maybe make it all in the middle, so its not all to one side, thats might make it better, but good work, i like the effect on the buttons at the top.

set margin to 0 and change te font that you write the news with... maybe change it around abit...
and on the top of and bottom and every age put <div align="center"> and </div>
