A bit unorganized. Blocks' content gets repeated multiple times per page + the texts are incomplete with most "read more" links missing.

Attention to details is key.

The total page looks like miss aligned. few content is 3 column and then it comes to 2 column with left wider.

Make the site proper with users to read everything.

@VC - Thanks for pointing out the 'read more' bit. I tried to edit the file related to that particular plugin and ended up screwing it even more so thats why there are no more thumbnails at the bottom of the page for the moment. Will look for a different option.

@Pss lena - thanks for your opinion - saw your Twitter link - following you on there now

@Karthimx - well the multiple columns are part of the 'magazine theme'. But I guess I should look out for a better theme now. Maybe a premium 'Blog style' WP theme or something.
