Would appreciate comments / reviews on my site

this is my first site and i would really appreciate any reviews or comments
about the design and/or functionality
i love coffee so i started with something i liked
gonna try yogurt next !
just put it up last couple of days

Looks good! Don't forget, if you want your pages found on search engines, SEO is very important. At least make a good <title> for each page (most important thing search engines look for) and complete a <meta description> and <meta keywords>. You can find good information online.

I mean the site is well done ad-wise. However, design-wise it looks very outdated, especially the banner.

i defintely thought about that, couldn't think of other way to go, can you point to me to a couple of examples of headers that are more updated ? thanks

Good attempt, considering this is your first website. I like that you used a decent sized font. With that said I would suggest the following:

Home page
- Keep the image of the blue coffee cup and add an ALT tag with descriptioin of image
- You might want to consider using coffee beans on white background or having coffee beans
be part of the text
- Add small video image on right side where it has "Watch the Video"
- Eliminate white space at the bottom
- Repeat navigation bar at the bottom where you can add Contact Us and Privacy Policy

Video page
- Make videos smaller and the same size. Perhaps place them next to each other with text
underneath each one

Brewing, Cleaning and Coffee Pages
- Add images to break up text

Products
- Align text (in black) to the left
- Repeat navigation bar at the bottom where you can add Contact Us and Privacy Policy

really helpful and i will go through each of these and makes some changes

the products page really has me stuck, those descriptions in black can't be changed because it's a feed from popshops

but i am a member of cj so i have been thinking about replacing those feeds with a better product lineup

it is my first site and does take a long time to get it together, the small stuff never seems to end

Hi! I think that violet color instead of blue will be more suitable for this color scheme
