New Web Design Portfolio for 2010

James Rayers' Web Design Portfolio 2010

Having completed the coding yesterday, i'm proud to present today, my new web design portfolio for 2010. It's a very simple design, but includes all my work from the last year.

Any thoughts or critiques you have on the design are most welcome.

The launch also signifies my availability as a web designer, please see this thread if you are looking for a new design - http://www.namepros.com/developers-f...t-150-new.html

TBH, I don't like it - that is personal preference only though.

I don't like the way that the projects load on the page and you have to keep on pressing back. I would prefer to see a lightbox style image gallery.

The page is too small, to my mind. There is too much plenty space around the page.

Great portfolio. It's very simple and straight to the point. Potential clients won't have to click 50 times before they get to what they want. It gives all the information a client needs and everything is just a click away.

A downside to this, is that you cant help but get a feeling of emptiness there. Plus, when it's on a bigger screen, the box is all the way to the left, and the right side is completely empty.
