Too many links at the top. I would organize some kind of drop down or category list for the jobs, no one is going to even look at that huge list of links.

The random images at the top dont link to anything and are pretty random so they dont really have much of a purpose.

Also the logo, really doesnt communicate jobs.

I would sort the news by date also.

Other than that its a clean site, good job.
