the content layout in the middle is really confusing.

As above, you really need to work on the content layout, its too cluttered

Well, the loading speed is not so perfect, the script size it too big, so it disrtacts from the content itself, and the biggest problem for me was to see the target of your site, so I think it demands some changes

I dont like the tag cloud, you should remove it. or at least, change position
