It needs contrast, everything is soo bright, it hurts my eyes. instead of having that gradiant fill on the background, why not put a photograph of a bunch of roses of something, something that will lower the brightness of your site.

one more thing, needs curves. To make it relate to your subject, curves will make your site more relaxed and smooth. it's hard to explain. hope it helps
