The site is too dark blue, and the colors are abit primary.

Also its a free forum.

The website is tooooo blue .. you need a color scheme, instead of jus using the colors yelow and blue. Changing the background might make a differance, make the background black or something, any that will contrast with the content. Also make some sort of logo or banner for your website, to make it memorable. Right now, to me it looks like another normal forum site.

and the yellow on text makes me eyes ache after a little while, (maybe i just need glasses)
personally i would use a slightly duller colour for text, and lose the background image, i agree with Enchantedragon about having a black background or something, and also the logo thing,
i'd suggest you get yourself some webspace and install phpbb (don't worry, thats free) and you'll be able to customize it alot more

Hmm. I used to have a proboards forum too. I really dont like the background. I also suggest you get grads(if you dont know what those are your not a true proboarder lol) without those its way too plain. and I agree with enchanted dragon, you need a banner. thats gonna need some modification of your headercode. try asking in the PB support forum on how to do that. if your site is about graphics design it should have some design involved now shouldnt it?
