| New Member | Simple portfolio site - Critiques appreciated. This is a simple portfolio site with the sole purpose of being an online place for me to keep and show some of my broadcast design work and misc. projects. No concern for getting work, or search engines or things of that nature. There are a few issues in the flash script which I am working on still to modify it (not authored by me). But any design critz would be appreciated. thanks! www.gfxmoo.com |

| New Member | Hmmmm......text on the 'who' page... I had considered text on the who page, but (and I will admit my html skills arent too great...) the web-text always looks like crap compared to nice TTF's in an image. Would I be able to use the exact same fonts and weights, sizing and positioning as my 'image version' ?? |

| NamePros Regular | Well first of all, you're obviously a very experienced designer/artist and you've portrayed this well through your site. Basically, it's very good, but there are some issues I'll point out. No wait, there's one issue I'll point out, which is the fact that the flash section doesn't fit into the rest of the design at all. Why don't you just make the flash portfolio your whole site? It would keep it consistent and save the need to have two html pages. You could easily incorporate your 'who' section in there comfortably. You could even have a contact form in there too. Another problem with having the portfolio inside the html design is that one detracts from the other and it creates too much to look at and focus on. That's all Rowan |
