Two Sites In One

Hi, my name is Carl. I would like to introduce myself to this forum with my two sites. Both site are from the main index page. First site is CarlDesigns, on this site I display some of my work with free photoshop brushes, templates and wallpaper that I have made for the public. I also provides services as well on CarlDesigns. My second site is DEZINES, on DEZINES is a World Link Portal. All the sites on DEZINES are submitted to me and if I think the site has some qualities I display them on the site.

Please check out my sites and let me know what you think.

All feedback is welcome.

Thanks, Carl.

Both sites are very well designed and work flawlessly.

However I don't like your thumbnails on carldesigns.net, because they only show a small portion of the image. I don't think this is a good idea because if I see the thumbnail of a fly, for example, I think i've already seen the whole image and I don't expect there to be anything else. As a result I don't click on it, because it's just a fly and I can see it fine.

I should let you know that I only bothered to click on one or two thumbnails in total, because I wasn't sure what would come up after clicking one. This problem is even worse when looking at the wallpaper thumbnails, because I don't think I want a thumbtack as my background.

Sorry to go on about that one little thing, but I think it's important.

Rowan

Thanks for the opinions. I can see what you are saying, at least for the wallpaper that are downloadable. I will make a change in that in the near future. So thank you very much for your input.

Thanks, Carl.

Thank you for your opinion. I have change it so that on the wall paper you can click the image and see the full image. I really want to thank you for that input and that did make a lot of difference.

Thanks, Carl.

Pages looks very nice, you have a feeling for shape and color. But... Table Layouts and spacer gifs... I prefer CSS-layout without tables and validated xhtml.

The design is attractive but you need to work with the code.
