love the design , looks very clean,
the logo-header on the left side is just brilliant , i would lose or change the stat thing on the right side.

more points to improve in imo
- the menu on the top , i love the symbols , but i would lose the shadow effect , less is more

-site colors/the background , are you sure about the purple colors ? i am big fan of white/light colors , the human eye likes it and its more user friendly, as you can see in all of the big serious web sites .
if there is not a real reason for it , i would stay with white/light background.

it looks good. i agree with liror that you over use the shadow effect. any use of shadow effect at this point is cliched overuse, in my opinion, but you definitely shouldn't use it on the menu.

what did you mean it's done in photoshop? is this just an illustration of a web design? does the page itself not exist? will you get a designer to execute it from your image or what?

Yea I can't code myself, so I just designed the looks of the site, and I'll hire someone to code it.
