yes it does, but suppose your potential client is using a resolution even bigger than my 1024x768 and they can hardly read it at all, it would undoubtedly have a negative effect in my honest opinon. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/web-design-reviews/59004-distortedblue-design-studios.html Some web users do have po-up blockers, not all these are web-professionals, some are just the average user who have downloaded free pop-up blocking software, even the "on-click" command is opposed. What I suggest, is that you do not have a new window, but the same window, and also less images & more text, which in turn search engines would prefer! I'm sorry if you already know everything about Search Engines but its safer for me to assume you dont - but search engines visit your site and see what its all about, if all they see is images then you are not going to get found. unless of course you have a very effective add campaign lined up with lots of visitors, then there no real need for search engines. But then again, if a customer cant find you, and they cant remember yuor web address, they wont ind you on the search engines. Just be aware of this! Tjobbe | ||||

![]() | I didn't see the previous design but this one looks good, it looks like you fixed all the other problems. My only gripe is that the banner is hard to relate to, it doesn't have any relevance to your name and I can't even read the name. Rowan |

![]() | Nice job overall. I like the style and the graphics (btw, do you do your own photos and graphics or can you tell me where you get yours? They are quite nice.) ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/showthread.php?t=59004 What I like about it: It's clean, crisp, professional looking. Color balance is well done. It's easy on the eyes. (I'm using 1024 x 768 in 32-bit color mode.) What I think could be done to improve: The bottom text is too close to the bottom edge of the screen. Might want to put a line break there. I also think that using your site name in all caps is a bit confusing. Might try DistortedBlue or DistoredBluE or some other way to break up the two words. It would be also nice to have a few examples of your work on a "portfolio" page, maybe 200 x 200 thumbnails (with "Sample" watermarked on them) of some designs you can do. But like I said, overall it's a very nice site. Well done. |
