This is the latest project completed today, the site is fairly simple and did not take too long to create.

The purpose of the site is to provide free online page counters but differs from all the pre existing free counter websites by allowing the user the option to either display a normal 'page counter' which counts every page view or to display a counter displaying only current users online (active in the past 5 minutes).

A normal page counter/page views is also unique hits (1 hour gap)

The site also allows the user to chose between a graphic counter or text counter.

Only just completed so their may be errors, programmers are welcome to try and hack the service if you so wish

, though i'm preety sure i have error trapped most of the site.

The site incorporates AJAX and javascript and was tested with Firefox.

Feel free to add a counter to your website as part of the test

i think you need something that tells visitors a bit more about the site...a line somewhere saying 'choose your own font and background color' or 'customize your own counter' or something like that.

IMO, you need a Better illustration. Somehow your counter seems Old School. A somewhat attractive application like http://whos.amung.us/showcase/ would attract more clients/users..

hmm.. I quite like the example you provided... i'll introduce some backdrops to the counters in the near future.
